On the 15th June 1567, Mary Queen of Scots spent her last night in Edinburgh on Stewart's Close. This forgotten street is still preserved on our historic site at The Real Mary King's Close, where it runs parallel to Mary King's Close itself. Our Simple Crown Stud Earrings feature as part of our Mary Queen of Scots product collection, a reminder of Mary's short but eventful reign as the monarch of Scotland.
